Can I return products?

We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase you may exchange a product within 30 days of receiving it for exchange of item(s) of equal or greater value. Absolutely no returns will be made after 30 days; please inspect all products upon receipt.

All return shipments must be made with a Return Merchandise Authorization number; please call our Customer Service center at 866-759-1920.  If possible, also include a copy of your printed or e-mailed invoice in your return box.

Sales of special-order or custom made-to-order items are final.

Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue an exchange for another item and will contact you for any additional payment due prior to releasing the shipment.

All shipping charges on purchases and returns are non-refundable. All merchandise must be in the original packaging suitable to prevent damage in shipping.
