Shipping and Processing Charges – Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is done via all major ground carriers, including FedEx, UPS and United States Postal Service. Allow up to three days for warehouse processing. Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit time is 7-10 business days within the continental U.S., based on your location.
Shipping and processing charges for all items are based on the item size, weight, delivery destination and other factors. We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times on all our designs, but please note these are only estimates. Shipping and delivery estimates are not a guarantee.
Freight Curbside Delivery
Some heavy and/or oversized items will be shipped by freight curbside delivery palletized in trucks to guarantee the least possible breakage. This is a dependable and economical service with deliveries being made Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Deliveries are scheduled in a four-hour timeframe. A freight company representative will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Delivery lead time is 3-5 days from the shipment date.
Freight curbside delivery covers delivery to your curbside only. Please note that extra charges may apply to remote areas and for complicated deliveries.
Overnight, Second and Third Day Express Delivery
Express delivery by overnight, second, or third day service is available on some orders for an additional charge. If an item can be shipped by one of these methods, you will see the option listed in your shopping cart. You can also check availability by contacting us at 1 (866) 759-1920.
International Orders
Please note that all sales on international orders are final.
Shipping charges for deliveries outside of the continental U.S. will be quoted via email within two business days of your order or request. Please note our products that include shipping only apply to shipments made to the continental U.S.
Shipping quotes do not include customs charges, duties, dock fees, brokerage fees or any other internationally related charges.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to your order for shipments to residents of Wisconsin.
Cancellations and Charges
If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible by calling 1 (866) 759-1920.
Please note most items ship within 2-3 business days, with some items shipping on the same day as your order, so we need to know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order.
Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Damaged Merchandise
We make every effort to pack items so they will arrive at your door intact. Despite our best efforts, breakages can occur.
If you receive damaged merchandise, you must note any visible damage with the delivery driver so a claim can be filed. Contact us at 1 (866) 759-1920 within 24 hours of receiving your damaged delivery. Please keep all packing boxes and materials.
Out of Stock Items
While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quickly as possible. You can then choose to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it.
Not Getting Your Items?
When estimating your package delivery arrival, remember:
- Payment approval must be received prior to processing
- Ground delivery only occurs during business hours Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
