Can I return products?

We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may exchange an in-stock product within 30 days of receiving it for exchange of item(s) of equal or greater value. (There is no reimbursement for the cost of the shipping of the original product though.)  Absolutely no returns will be made after 30 days; please inspect all products upon receipt.  (Returns are NOT allowed on special order or sale priced items though.)

All return shipments must be made with a Return Merchandise Authorization number; please call our Customer Service center at 866-759-1920.  If possible, also include a copy of your printed or e-mailed invoice in your return box.
